Mid Sussex District Council last reviewed and updated the ‘enforcement charter’ and ‘enforcement policies and procedures document’ in November 2012 and since then there have been significant changes to planning legalisation, both locally and nationally, that impact planning within Mid Sussex and it is important that the planning enforcement service respond accordingly to the tailored local circumstances within Mid Sussex.
