DM/23/2066 - Market Place Car Park, Station Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 9NP. Minutes: The Chairman reminded Members the application was before the Committee as Mid Sussex District Council are the landowners.
Steve King, Planning Team Leader introduced the application which sort planning approval for the advertisement consent for three banner advertisements to be located at three existing freestanding poles at Market Place Car Park, Station Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 9NP. The Planning Team Leader reiterated the application had been referred to the Committee, as the land is owned by Mid Sussex District Council.
The Chairman advised Burgess Hill Town Council had recommended the application for approval and no objections had been registered.
As there were no questions, the Chairman took Members to a vote on the recommendation, proposed by Councillor Hussain and seconded by Councillor Cherry. This was approved unanimously with 11 in favour.
RESOLVED
That planning permission was approved subject to the conditions outlined at Appendix A.
