PDF 372 KB Minutes: The Solicitor to the Council introduced the report noting that if approved, the annual report and accounts will be formally submitted to the Charity Commission as required to do on an annual basis. Councillor Jackson moved the item. This was seconded by Councillor Henwood. The Chairman took the Trustees to the recommendations which were agreed unanimously. RESOLVED The Charity Trustees: (i) Noted and agreed the contents of this report (ii) Approved the Charities’ Accounts for 2022/2023.
