3.	To receive Declarations of Interests from Members in respect of any matter on the agenda. Minutes: None.
4.	To consider whether to exclude the Press and Public from the meeting during consideration of the following items in accordance with Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the said Act. Minutes: That the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 7 of Part I of Schedule 12(A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
5.	To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting of the Committee held on 7 February 2022. View the reasons why item 5. is restricted Minutes: The Minutes of the meeting of the Sub-Committee held on 7 February 2022 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.
6.	Review of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Drivers Licence. View the reasons why item 6. is restricted Minutes: The Sub-Committee considered whether Mr SG is a fit and proper person to hold a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Drivers Licence. RESOLVED That Mr SG is not a fit and proper person to hold a Private Hire and Hackney Driver Licence and the licenses were revoked with immediate effect.
