The Chairman carried out a roll call to establish attendance at the meeting. The

Solicitor provided information on the format of the virtual meeting.

To note Substitutes in Accordance with Council Procedure Rule 4 - Substitutes at Meetings of Committees etc.

To receive Declaration of Interests from Members in respect of any matter on the agenda.

To consider whether to exclude the Press and Public from the meeting during consideration of the following items in accordance with Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the said Act.

That the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the

following items on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt

information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 7 of Part I of Schedule 12(A) to the Local

Government Act 1972.

To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting of the Committee held on 6 October and 1 December 2020.
