To seek the approval of the Cabinet member for Housing and Planning for the provision of £100,000 from affordable housing commuted sums to enable the delivery of accommodation for rough sleepers in Mid Sussex.

  1. Approved the payment to Worthing Homes payment of £100,000 from commuted sums held for affordable housing, to support the acquisition of a property to provide accommodation for rough sleepers in Mid Sussex.
  2. Instructed the Business Unit Leader for Housing Services to enter into a funding agreement with Worthing Homes for the use of these monies.
