01/07/2020 - Authorisation of Revisions to Local List of Information Requirements for Planning Applications ref: 315    Recommendations Approved

Regulations require that the Local List is reviewed every two years or else the Local List is of no effect. The Local List was last reviewed in September 2018. The decision authorises revisions to the Local List of information requirements for the validation of planning applications. It follows a formal 4 week consultation period with stakeholders.

The Cabinet Member for Housing and Planning authorised the publication and use of the revised Local List for purposes of validation of planning applications from 1st September 2020.
