10/08/2020 - Pre-Application Advice for Householders ref: 322    Recommendations Approved

 

This report considers the levy of charges for pre-application planning advice to developers/residents for services that are currently provided free of charge. It is written in the context of the in-year service plan review resulting from the Covid-19 crisis. The proposal is predicated on the basis that the Council stops providing a free walk-in, on demand duty officer service.

West Sussex County Council is requesting the transfer of S106 Total Access Demand contributions to install secure fencing at the front of Southway school to

improve safe and sustainable travel to school.
