Regulations require that the Local List is reviewed every two years or else the Local List is of no effect. The Local List was last reviewed in September 2018. The decision authorises revisions to the Local List of information requirements for the validation of planning applications. It follows a formal 4 week consultation period with stakeholders.

The property will be used to provide temporary accommodation for households to whom MSDC owes a duty to provide accommodation under the Homelessness legislation.
