Minutes:

The Sub-Committee considered whether applicant Mr GAKM is a fit and proper person to hold a Private Hire Drivers Licence.

RESOLVED

That Mr GAKM is not a fit and proper person to hold to hold a Private Hire Drivers Licence and that his Private Hire Vehicle Licence shall be revoked starting 21 days after the revocation notice has been served.
