1.	Roll Call and Virtual Meetings explanation. Minutes: The Chairman carried out a roll call to establish attendance at the meeting. The Solicitor provided information on the format of the virtual meeting.
2.	To note Substitutes in Accordance with Council Procedure Rule 4 - Substitutes at Meetings of Committees etc. Minutes: None.
3.	To receive apologies for absence. Minutes: None.
4.	To receive Declaration of Interests from Members in respect of any matter on the agenda. Minutes: None.
5.	To consider whether to exclude the Press and Public from the meeting during consideration of the following items in accordance with Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the said Act. Minutes: RESOLVED That the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 7 of Part I of Schedule 12(A) to the Local Government Act 1972.
6.	To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting of the Committee held on 7 January 2021. View the reasons why item 6. is restricted Minutes: The minutes for the meeting held on 7 January 2021 were agreed as a correct record and electronically signed by the Chairman.
7.	Review of a Hackney Carriage Driver's Licence. View the reasons why item 7. is restricted Minutes: The Sub-Committee considered whether applicant Mr KMS can renew his Hackney Carriage Licence on a vehicle over 10 years old. RESOLVED That the Licensing Committee refused the application by Mr KMS for the renewal of his Hackney Carriage Licence on his current vehicle on the grounds that the vehicle did not comply with the stated Council policy as it is over 10 years old.
