4.	To consider whether to exclude the Press and Public from the meeting during consideration of the following items in accordance with Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the said Act Minutes: RESOLVED That the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 7 of Part I of Schedule 12(A) to the Local Government Act 1972.
5.	To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting of the Committee held on 3 February 2020. View the reasons why item 5. is restricted Minutes: The Minutes of the meeting of the Sub-Committee held on 3 February 2020 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.
6.	Review of a Private Hire Drivers Licence View the reasons why item 6. is restricted Minutes: The Sub-Committee considered whether applicant Mr RG is a fit and proper person to hold a Private Hire Drivers Licence. RESOLVED That Mr RG is a fit and proper person to hold a Private Hire Drivers Licence.
