To consider whether to exclude the Press and Public from the meeting during consideration of the following items in accordance with Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the said Act Minutes: RESOLVED That the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 7 of Part I of Schedule 12(A) to the Local Government Act 1972.

5.	Determination of Application for Issue of a Private Hire Drivers Licence View the reasons why item 5. is restricted View the background to item 5. Minutes: The Sub-Committee considered whether applicant JW is a fit and proper person to hold a Hackney Carriage Drivers Licence. RESOLVED That the application of JW is allowed to proceed.
6.	Review of a Hackney Carriage Drivers Licence View the background to item 6. Not before 5:30 pm. Minutes: The Sub-Committee considered whether applicant MAA is a fit and proper person to hold a Hackney Carriage Drivers Licence. RESOLVED That the applicant MAA is not a fit and proper person to hold a Hackney Carriage Drivers Licence and that his Hackney Drivers Licence and shall be revoked at the end of the period of 21 days from the date on which the revocation notice is served.
