The Sub-Committee considered whether applicant MAA is a fit and proper person to hold a Hackney Carriage Drivers Licence.
RESOLVED
That the applicant MAA is not a fit and proper person to hold a Hackney Carriage Drivers Licence and that his Hackney Drivers Licence and shall be revoked at the end of the period of 21 days from the date on which the revocation notice is served.
